Integrative Meta-analysis

 

This course is to introduce the main principles of integrative meta-analysis and applies them to omics data. It covers effect-size estimation, assessment of heterogeneity, study-level integration, and interpretation of combined evidence across datasets. Practical examples focus on transcriptomics, with attention to the methodological choices that affect robustness and biological interpretation.
